On March 1, 2022, TransLoc was acquired by Modaxo, a global collective of technology companies passionate about changing the face of public transportation. Modaxo works to provide their business units with a healthy framework related to business processes, financial decisions, and the intentional development of employees. They are the backbone to what we do even as we have our own culture and operate relatively autonomously.
