Adding to our core competencies of Employee Benefits Consulting and Health Insurance Claims Management, Moulton & Hardin expanded its services to complete the total Workforce Management Process – Human Resource Solutions (HR) and Payroll Solutions, ultimately creating a complete Human Resource and Employee Life Cycle Management Solution, aptly named M&H OneSource. The joining of management, ideas and technologies was the driving force behind our company’s flagship product - M&H OneSource. Comprised of three core disciplines— Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll Solutions - M&H OneSource addresses all HR-related matters; Benefit Administration, Premium Deduction Management, Employee Benefits Consulting and Procurement, Payroll Software as a Solution, Payroll Outsourcing, Tax Filing, HR Consulting, Applicant, and Recruitment Modules. M&H One Source is designed using a single Human Resource Management System (HRMS), enabling seamless integration between all HR entities such as payroll, employee benefit companies, and employee self-service.
