One of the biggest joys that I experience at this point in my career is to help to mentor and build the skills of others on my team. I get a great deal of satisfaction participating in the personal and professional growth of others. I enjoy change and I always try to see things as they should be and not necessarily as they are. As my experience shows, I have worked my way up through an organization for the last 17 years. I have literally performed every job within the facility in my career and I use this experience to help improve the operation of the company. I am a person who requires continual growth and new opportunities. My objective is to grow Omnitech Systems Inc. exponentially to become the premiere medical device manufacturer in the world. My goals are high but so is my ability and the ability of my team. I am always looking for new and exciting challenges.
