David Vincent is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of smartTrade Technologies. He is in charge of the general management of the company with a strict sense of priorities and organization. His vision embraces both the business and technological specificities of the financial services industry. David was originally smartTrade’s ChiefTechnology Officer and created the company’s ground-breaking technology. He brought the disruptive cross-asset model to the finance industry leading smartTrade to its current position as a state of the art technology provider. Prior to smartTrade Technologies, David co-founded LexiFi, which developed mlFI, a language for the design of derivative contracts. mlFi was elected Software Product of the Year by Risk Magazine in 2001. Before founding LexiFi, David worked for almost 10 years in high-level IT design, development and management positions at Société Générale on projects specifically concerned with complex trading operations. David graduated from the Institut des Sciences de l’Ingénieur de Montpellier and holds a Master in Artificial Intelligence.
