Soft Solutions Limited had a team of eight engineers as of November 2022. Nagpal began building the team after completing the initial demo himself, adding engineers incrementally over roughly seven months, approximately one person every two months. Team members are divided by function, with separate engineers handling server infrastructure and mobile app development, among other areas.

All eight engineers are paid by Nagpal personally from his own funds. No other team roles, such as sales or marketing staff, were mentioned as currently employed, though the company plans to recruit sales representatives on a commission-only basis beginning around the June 2023 launch.
