ExaGrid’s scale-out architecture includes fullappliances and ensures a fixed-length backup window as data grows, eliminating expensive forklift upgrades and planned product obsolescence. ExaGrid offers comprehensive security and is the only two-tiered backup storage approach with a non-network-facing tier (tiered air gap), delayed deletes, and immutable objects to recover from ransomware attacks.
The ExaGrid Tiered Backup Storage product line consists of seven appliance models that can be mixed and matched with up to 32 appliances in a single scale-out system. Each appliance is sized for a full backup and for long-term retention. The largest scale-out system can take in up to a 6PB full backup, offering the largest single scale-out system storage capacity for any backup storage on the market.
