In 2021, Reliance Industries acquired Vasy, giving us the ‘scale’ to build faster and the ‘stability’ to build right. ERP is where we started, and it still matters. POS, inventory, accounting, tax compliance, and all other modules run natively, with no plugins required and no hectic workarounds. But recording a business accurately was never the only goal, neither was to merely create a system for handling business operations Vasy’s approach and objectives extended well beyond these. So, VasyERP is now becoming Vasy, marked by the launch of VINA (Vasy Intelligence Network Agent), our AI business assistant. It wasn't a rename. It was the moment ERP stopped being the whole story. It transcends to become a futuristic and connected ecosystem.
