Angelina is the Founder and CEO of Sportsdigita, a technology organization that specializes in helping organizations transform their sales into an immersive, media-rich, interactive conversation with its cloud-based presentation platform, Digideck. Sportsdigita has worked with over 400+ of the biggest brands in sports and enterprise worldwide. Lawton has been recognized for her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit receiving many awards and accolades since founding the company. Lawton’s most prestigious recognition came when she was named to Forbes List of the Most Powerful Women in U.S. Sports among the likes of Serena Williams, Billie Jean King, and other icons. Most recently, Lawton was named to the Sports Business Journal's Class of 2020 Game Changers - an award recognizing Female Trailblazers in the industry. Additional accolades include: Stevie Awards for Women in Business, Cynopsis Media Awards For Women In Sports, EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and Eureka! Innovation Awards among many others. Prior to founding Sportsdigita, Angelina was a Senior Vice President for the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, where she was responsible for the creation, development, and management of the Lightning’s in-house marketing agency. In her earlier years, Angelina handled all branding, marketing, and corporate communications for Lawton Sport & Financial which eventually sold to Octagon Sports, one of the largest hockey representation firms in the world.
