Before starting Glean, Arvind Jain co-founded the data security company Rubrik and spent over a decade at Google as a distinguished engineer working on Search, Maps, and YouTube products, having begun his career at Microsoft with a later leadership role at Akamai. He founded Glean in 2019 and serves as its CEO; the company builds an AI-powered work assistant that lets employees search and find answers across their workplace applications.
