Carroll is founder and Chief Executive Officer at Collaborative. With nearly 30 years in the management consulting industry, he started Collaborative Solutions with a simple goal in mind – to work with customers to deliver success. Carroll understands that listening to the customer’s needs and engaging in a results-driven discussion are the keys to effective business outcomes. He is an accomplished executive and continues to build a successful global consulting organization because of this focus. Prior to founding Collaborative, Carroll spent 12 years with Accenture holding leadership roles in their PeopleSoft practice. He was often recognized by clients for his functional expertise, technical innovation, and commitment to successful delivery.
