Owner at CSR Communications, LLC since February 2019 to present. He is also the past Founder, CEO, and President of Xlabs since May 2007 to August 2010. Cliff is a experienced telecommunications executive and entrepreneur whose expertise is rooted in building new businesses and rapidly growing existing ones. He was the founder of GobalTouch Telecom, XCast Labs and Telegroup, and is well known for his work at World Access, a key player in the international voice market. Cliff is an industryveteran, holding leadership roles with several global VoIP providers, including Convergia and Leading Edge Communications. He has overseen sales, marketing and operations globally, and has managed revenues of over $1.5 billion. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Michigan State and was awarded the Iowa and Nebraska Telecommunications Entrepreneur of the Year.
