Mike brings to UCT and its clients a significant depth of thought leadership and strategic acumen, along with over 20 years of senior management experience and real-world executive leadership gained from positions with large international to mid-sized domestic insurance companies. Mike earned his Business Administration degree from Southwest Baptist University.
