BIO

As CEO, Dan provides executive leadership and oversight for all of the company’s operations and brings extensive experience helping employers worldwide hire the best candidates and mitigate risk. Over the past year, Dan served in multiple positions within parent SNH Inc. including as President of mortgage services firm SettlementOne and SVP of Corporate Development. Dan’s leadership in the human capital management market include roles at HireRight and USIS. Based in London, he served as Managing Director of EMEA and APAC at HireRight and subsequently Managing Director of the Americas. At USIS, he held operational, business development and corporate development roles. In addition, he served as Board Member and Chairman of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Dan holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech.
