Jordan Rackie is the chief executive officer at Keyfactor. In this role, Jordan is responsible for setting the company vision, driving both top and bottom line results, and managing Board relations. Jordan is an expert in developing and leading modern go-to-market teams and strategy, having led multiple companies through large-scale growth. Jordan’s previous experience includes SVP of global revenue at Tricentis, a globally recognized leader in software test automation and software quality assurance solutions, and chief revenue officer for QASymphony (merged with Tricentis), ranked by Inc. magazine as the 8th fastest growing software business in the U.S. in 2017. He was also a sales leader and executive for Pardot (acquired by Salesforce). Personal Highlights: Jordan was born, raised, and still resides in Atlanta, GA along with his wife, Amy, and their mini labradoodle, Charles. Jordan is a graduate of Georgia Tech, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 2020, Jordan earned the prestigious honor of being named a member of the Georgia Tech Alumni 40 Under 40. He enjoys sports and competition of all kind, growing up playing baseball, basketball, tennis, and golf. He is still active in tennis (and golf – time permitting), recently winning the USTA Georgia State Tennis Championship in 2018 with his fellow teammates out of a metro-Atlanta health club.
