David A. Breach joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014. Mr. Breach is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Vista and sits on Vista’s Private Equity Funds’ Investment Committees. Mr. Breach also sits on the boards of Vista portfolio companies Datto (NYSE: MSP), DealerSocket, Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), Mediaocean, Ping Identity (NYSE: PING), Solera, Stats Perform and Vertafore.
