Deana Scott has been establishing, managing and advising healthcare practices for over 23 years. Deana is Principal Adviser of consultancy firm PRACTIS and founder of VMORE (Virtual Medical Office), Deana is the mother of the Virtual Medical Office model, having established the first service of its kind in 2007. Today, VMORE continues to deliver Australia’s most integrated service and technology solution for healthcare specialists. Deana is a Certified Health Manager, Qualified Health Informatician and currently studying her Masters in Health Services Management. As a Certified Public-Practice Bookkeeper and Registered BAS Agent, Deana also brings significant financial expertise to her management and mentoring roles and is known for implementing robust financial systems within medical practices, focused on minimising risk.
