Dmitry was born on January 8, 1974 in the city of Novocheboksarsk (Republic of Chuvashia). In 1996 graduated from the St. Petersburg Highest military engineering college of communication majoring in "Automated systems of communication". From 1996 to 2000 served in Russian Armed Forces.
