Edward O'Hara

BIO

Ed O’Hara is the CEO and a member of the board of directors for Inteliquent. He has a track record of driving growth, margin expansion, and successful mergers and acquisitions in the communications and cloud services sectors over the past 20 years. Before joining Inteliquent as chief financial officer, he served as CFO for several leading technology, media and communications businesses including Datapipe prior to its sale to Rackspace, Sidera Networks prior to its sale to Lightower, and of the residential and business services segment of RCN Corporation, prior to its sale to ABRY Partners. Ed received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
