Edward Tromczynski is chief executive of SpearFysh, an Ohio software company whose SaaS platform records, indexes, and analyzes sales conversations and channels that intelligence into CRM systems for coaching and strategy. A software industry veteran with more than two decades of leadership experience, he previously served as CEO of COMS Interactive and held roles at OnVantage and PlanSoft Corporation.
