He brings years of experience from the banking sector, which provides unique viewpoints on the best ways to stop financial crime. Mr. Thein is also the founder of Noah’s Ark Communities, a non-profit dedicated to providing safe, residential housing to adults with developmental disabilities. Noah’s Ark is committed to empowering individuals who have developmental disabilities by advocating on their behalf and by providing or facilitating choices of meaningful employment, recreational and social opportunities and affordable housing in an inclusive community of their choice.
