I’m a tech executive (C-Level) with 20+ years of experience leading enterprise software organizations (500-1,000 employees) for growth. I recently joined Varada, a startup transforming data warehousing, after many years at LivePerson, NICE, Sun Microsystems and other leading companies. I’m a result-driven business and technology leader, dedicated to the inspiration, growth and development of people and companies. I believe that through a commitment to and focus on people, along with deep business orientation and technical expertise, organizations can thrive and achieve incredible results. I have a strong record of operational excellence and delivering financial results through product management, engineering, sales, professional services as well as finance, HR and legal. I’m excited to bring these skills and experience to Varada, where I’m diving headfirst into the challenges I faced as an executive at my previous companies.
