Eric Weisz co-founded the Austrian startup Ordito with Maurice Beurskens, initially offering hospitality businesses software that let guests order food and drinks from the table by smartphone, then using the collected data for demand prediction. Austria's Kastner Group acquired Ordito in December 2020. Weisz subsequently co-founded Circly, a Krems an der Donau company providing machine-learning demand forecasting for retail.
