Esteban Castro founded Metanoia, a software and services company whose Asset Information Center platform helps industrial businesses build interactive bills of materials and manage asset data for maintenance and reliability work. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, he has held senior roles at the company including chief executive and executive vice president, and Metanoia operates across the Americas with contact offices in the United States and Chile.
