Felix Winstone co-founded Talkative in 2015 and serves as its CEO, running the company from Newport, Wales. Talkative builds customer engagement software that embeds live chat, video calling, and cobrowsing into websites so contact centers can assist customers during their online journeys. A University of Warwick graduate, Winstone oversees the company's finances, operations, and commercial strategy.
