Bio
Florian Seibel founded Quantum Systems in 2015 after serving as a Bundeswehr officer and military helicopter pilot and doing aerospace research at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. The Gilching-based company builds dual-use unmanned aerial systems for defense and commercial customers, and its drones have flown thousands of missions in Ukraine. Since January 2025 Seibel has led the company as co-CEO alongside Sven Kruck, focusing on products, technology, and strategy.
