Prior to founding Six Disciplines in 2001, Gary was a co-founder of Solomon Software eventually sold to Great Plains Software and acquired by Microsoft. Gary is the author of two award-winning books, "Six Disciplines for Excellence", and "Six Disciplines Execution Revolution".
