Bio
I am the CEO and founder of Talentware. Drawing from nearly a decade in the automotive, fashion, pharmaceutical, and tech industries, I constantly focused on developing my skills, which I believe are the engine of everyone's career. In 2021 I earned my MBA degree cum laude from SDA Bocconi and I joined Bain & Company as a consultant. Here, my stint in the Advanced Manufacturing Practice mainly focused on HR transformation, Talent strategy, industrial and business plans, JV and alliances, and Change management capabilities for multinational clients. In 2022 I won the Global Hackathon of Bain&Company and I was given the challenge and the opportunity to bring Talentware to life within the Bain Founder's Studio. I successfully spun it out and launched it into the market in July 2023.
