Over the past 15 years, Gilbert has been at the forefront of several state-of-the-art digital products for companies like Intel, Microsoft and world-class interactive agency Schematic (now WPP/POSSIBLE) His strong team building skills paired with his unique sense of leading teams to find solutions in the intersection of technology and design has made him a key asset through his corporate and academic practice. Currently, Gilbert is the CEO of Leaf Grow, an ad-tech company empowering brands to engage, grow and monetize high-quality audiences at scale. Gilbert has lead product teams in Latin America, South Korea, Western Europe and the USA.
