Istanbul-based Endeksa was co-founded by Görkem Öğüt, who serves as its CEO and board chairman. The platform combines market data with machine-learning models to estimate property values across Turkey, producing valuation reports used by individual investors, real-estate consultants, developers, and public institutions. Turkish investment group iLab acquired a majority stake in Endeksa in 2021, and Öğüt remains the company's public face, presenting its periodic housing-market reports and commenting on the Turkish property market on national television.
