Harris is the CEO and Founder of RaSpect Intelligence Inspection Limited. He graduated with a master degree of computer science in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Bachelor's degree in computer science in the University of Hong Kong. He is a serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of startup experience and corporate experience. He was the one of founding Members of Innovation Centre of Cathay Pacific Airways. Being committed to getting things done, he is good at building incredible trust and respect from the stakeholders. He is passionate in innovation and venturesome to embrace uncertainties for exploration. He was recognized by his startup and entrepreneurship in multiple regional and international awards including an UN-based World Summit Awards.
