Heather H. Wilson leads CLARA Analytics, a Santa Clara, California company whose AI platform helps insurance claims teams manage workers' compensation and casualty claims, flag escalation risk, and connect injured workers with providers. Before joining CLARA she was chief data scientist and head of AI at L Brands, and earlier served as AIG's first chief data officer. Wilson also sits on the board of directors of Equifax, serving on its audit and technology committees.
