Jane Adkinson, CEO has a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development. Prior to founding Adsync, Jane developed web-based and computer stand-alone instruction for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Pearson Merrill-Prentice Hall, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Army Aviation War-fighting Center, Ft. Rucker, Alabama. She also developed and taught web-enhanced and fully-online courses in educational psychology and instructional media at the University of South Alabama.q
