Jayne Ronayne is CEO and Co-Founder of Talivest. Talivest is a global tech company that develops employee engagement solutions. Jayne built Talivest to help companies create a great place to work by improving their company culture and holding on to top talent. This is Jayne’s second startup which she established in the middle of University, after taking part in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme. The company has successfully raised $1.5 million to date in investment from backers like Nicolas Bergurren, Charlie Songhurst, PCH founder Liam Casey and Bryan Meehan, who sold his Californian café chain Blue Bottle Coffee to Nestlé for over €400 million last year. Jayne has been featured as one of Ireland's top 30 under 30 two years in a row. She is also an active ambassador for Everywoman, which champions the advancement of women in business to close the gender pay gap.
