Jim Szafranski joined presentation-software maker Prezi as chief operating officer in 2015, rose to president, and became CEO in 2020, succeeding co-founder Peter Arvai. At Prezi he steered the company's expansion into video and the integration of its Infogram acquisition. Earlier, Szafranski was SVP of product management at Fiberlink, a mobile enterprise cloud company acquired by IBM. He holds engineering degrees from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.
