Zane C. Rowe serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of VMware, and is responsible for the company’s overall finance and accounting functions, as well as Internal Audit, Investor Relations and Real Estate & Workplace, which oversees all VMware sites worldwide. Rowe leads the Strategy and Corporate Development team in their long-term planning across VMware businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments. He also has responsibility for the Information Technology organization and Enterprise Data & Analytics. Prior to joining VMware, Rowe held the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer at EMC. Rowe has also been serving as Interim CEO of VMware since February 2021.
