He have enjoyed a 18 year international career developing and implementing strategic projects, facilitating change and delivery of efficient, transparent and timely information across multinational organisation’ complex, business critical environments. His particular area of expertise spans assessing and advising on business and financial performance, and project leading new system implementations and business process improvements - on time and budget. Key success factors include easy engagement and the building of strong relationships with clients and colleagues in Europe, Russia, USA, China and India, and with fluency in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish designing and delivering client and staff training sessions.
