An economist and lawyer by training, Juan Jose Pocaterra is co-founder and CEO of Vikua, a govtech company that applies IoT, big data and AI to help Latin American cities manage traffic, public transport, waste and other urban services. He attended Harvard Kennedy School and contributes to the World Economic Forum on smart-city topics. Forbes has named Vikua among the most promising companies in Latin America.
