Co-founder of parcelLab, Julian Krenge started the company in 2015 with Tobias Buxhoidt and Anton Eder to handle post-purchase and shipping communication for online retailers. He built the original product and spent years as chief technology officer, moving to chief product officer in October 2024; Buxhoidt is the chief executive. Krenge studied computer science at RWTH Aachen University and previously worked at its FIR research institute.
