Kalpit Jain is Group CEO of Netcore Cloud, the Mumbai-based marketing technology company whose customer engagement platform spans email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and product discovery. He rose to the top job after serving as the company's chief operating officer, part of roughly two decades spent at the Rajesh Jain-founded firm, and holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
