Keith is currently leading Blackpurl, an innovative and disruptive SaaS business built on Salesforce.com. Prior to being appointed to this position, Keith successfully led the social media start-up www.spring.me through a rebrand, redevelopment, and relaunch before selling the network to one of Europe's leading media and internet companies. Keith has over 20 years of strategic product development, management, and marketing expertise. A demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects using agile methodologies embracing a lean start-up philosophy. He has a strong customer and stakeholder empathy and always focuses on representing the voice of the customer. He is excited by the challenges of leading cross-functional teams with end-to-end oversight for their products. He is autonomous, entrepreneurial, and he thrives in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is the norm and the bar for quality is extremely high.
