Before leading Blustream, Ken Rapp co-founded and ran VelQuest, a Massachusetts maker of paperless lab-execution software for FDA-regulated pharmaceutical companies, and stayed on as a managing director at Accelrys after it acquired the business. As CEO and co-founder of Worcester-based Blustream, he now heads a platform that uses product-usage data to power after-sale customer engagement for physical goods brands. Rapp studied at Northeastern University and advises entrepreneurs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
