Together with Tonmoy Shingal, Ketan Kapoor co-founded Mettl in 2010 and served as its CEO, building the Gurgaon-based company into an online talent assessment, proctoring, and examination platform used by corporates, educational institutions, and government organizations. Mettl was acquired by HR consulting firm Mercer, a Marsh & McLennan subsidiary, in 2018 and now operates as Mercer Mettl.
