CEO & Chairman SOA People Group since the year 2010 to present. After completing an engineering and management degree, Khalil Hodaibi began his career in industry. After four years he entered the consulting industry and became a project manager and agency director. An entrepreneur at heart, Khalil Hodaibi graduated with a Master of Business Organization (MBO) in 1998 and eventually became CEO. With strong partners and a loyal team, he was able to make the company known internationally within five years. In 2003 he decided to integrate his team into an international group on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. He was successively CEO for Western Europe, CEO at EMEA and Vice President. With this extensive experience, he founded the SOA People Group in 2007. Khalil Hodaibi knows all business areas and has a command of financial strategies, growth investments and internationalization; this gives him the remarkable ability to anticipate and adapt.
