Krzysztof Ogniewski founded Elevato in 2010 and leads the Polish software company as CEO. Elevato develops a recruitment and talent management platform that supports hiring, employee competence assessment, training, and HR process automation for organizations, with customers that have included Capgemini and Imperial Tobacco. Ogniewski has worked in the IT industry since 2004 and has focused on HR technology projects since 2007.
