Laura Dang founded UploadOnce, a Sydney-based platform that lets organisations guide customers through document uploads and application checklists so services in finance, education and migration can be bought without paperwork friction. She began building the product in 2014 after technology roles at QBE, Westpac and the NSW Department of Justice. Having arrived in Australia from Vietnam as a young child and filled out forms for her family, Dang built the company around making services more accessible.
