Lisa Stinnett co-founded Inhabit, the Knoxville, Tennessee-based property management software company serving the residential and vacation rental industries, and led it as CEO for nine years before moving to Executive Advisor to the Board in 2025. Earlier she was Chief Operating Officer at Ministry Brands, where she helped lead more than 30 acquisitions, and she is a co-founder and managing partner of investment firm Greater Sum Ventures. She has been named among the Top 50 Women Leaders in Tennessee.
