Before starting Ontic, he was an early employee at Sprinklr, ultimately serving as Global Vice President of Client Success where he built out and led the entire customer-facing team to ensure strategic alignment of business objectives to Sprinklr technology adoption and use. A strategist by trade, he spent my years prior to Sprinklr helping Fortune 500 businesses embrace and leverage emerging technology.
