I'm the Principal Engineering Group Manager (Java) at Microsoft and the Director of the LJC (AdoptOpenJDK (https://www.adoptopenjdk.net). Previously I was the co-founder and CEO at jClarity who was acquired by Microsoft in August 2019. I currently co-lead the London CTOs meetup and am the Executive Coach for the C-level suite at Mindstone.
