We make it easier and more cost effective for contact centres, retailers, utilities, telecommunication providers and financial enterprises to gain and maintain compliance to PCI DSS, Dodd Frank, FCA and others, by providing hosted voice services as Software as a Service (SAAS) on a common platform (PAAS/IAAS). This innovative approach has allowed us to configure world-class systems for major UK banks and retail organisations. These solutions are fully customisable and are delivered with the speed, security and scalability of an off-the-shelf package. Importantly, these solutions are all available on a transaction based pricing model allowing for Opex funding with a low cost of adoption.
