IGotAnOffer began in 2014 as a side project for Max Serrano, then a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman who wrote guides and coached candidates preparing for consulting interviews; he went full-time on the business in 2018 and runs it as CEO. The bootstrapped UK company operates a career-coaching marketplace whose coaches help candidates land and progress in jobs across tech, consulting, and finance. Serrano studied at Imperial College London and earlier worked as a research analyst at Bloomberg.
